Collect From Store
You can also collect direct from our store free of change and you will be informed when your items are ready to collect. Your order will be held in store for 7 days only, after which if you fail to collect, we will cancel your order and provide you with a refund. When collecting your item in store please bring with you a printout of your order confirmation and proof of ID (this can be a driving licence, passport, ID card, utility bill or payment card).
Additional Delivery information:
Orders received after 2pm will not be processed until the following working day.
As the size and weight of our items vary significantly, we may on occasions request additional shipping fees on orders.This includes fragile items which need to be packaged to ensure they are secure for transportation.
This will be done with your consent. If, when you are contacted by e-mail, you do not wish to pay the additional shipping cost then a full refund will be offered.
Prices are based on parcels up to 20kg Maximum.
Out of gauge/long length packages. Two sides of 80cm or more, a single side of 140cm will incur additional charges.
